You can close your account in PagePal or request help by email, including when you cannot sign in. Account deletion requires confirmation that the account belongs to you.
Before you close your account
Export any work you want to keep with Export backup in Settings → Privacy & data. Export files contain private study material, so keep them somewhere secure.
If you have a subscription, cancel it in Settings → Plans & usage → Manage billing before the next renewal. Include billing questions in your support request if you cannot access your account.
Close your account while signed in
Open Settings → Account & security → Manage account. Choose Delete account and complete the account verification and confirmation.

Email PagePal support from your account’s verified email address if possible. Include your PagePal username and say that you want your account and associated data deleted. Support will verify account ownership before processing the request.
Email PagePal supportThe address is pagepalsupport@gmail.com. Keep passwords, security codes, payment-card details and private study notes out of the request.
What happens to your data
Account cleanup removes the account’s PagePal cloud workspace, profile, saved membership, support reports and AI usage records. Processing can be delayed while a failed cleanup is retried; contact support to check the request’s status.
Local work and recovery copies remain on each device until you clear them. Clear your local workspace in Settings → Privacy & data on each device before closing your account if you want to remove those copies too.
After cleanup completes, PagePal keeps only a total count for its permanent deletion audit. That count has no names, account IDs, event references or timestamps and cannot restore your account or personal data.
Limited security and billing references may remain for up to 90 days to prevent old sessions or payment events from restoring a closed account. When a free trial has been claimed, keyed eligibility hashes may remain for up to 365 days to prevent repeat claims. Payment providers retain financial records under their own legal obligations. These temporary security records are separate from the anonymous audit count.
