Cancel future renewals
Sign in to the PagePal account that purchased the plan. Open Settings → Plans & usage → Manage billing & cancel. In the secure Dodo customer portal, select your subscription and cancel its renewal. Check the confirmation and the displayed end date.
Cancellation stops future renewals and normally keeps access through the paid period. Cancel before the renewal date. If you need support to cancel, contact us or Dodo using your receipt at least 48 hours before renewal, as described in Dodo buyer terms.
Deleting the app, signing out or clearing browser data does not cancel billing. Cancel the subscription before closing your account. Account deletion also triggers billing cleanup, but that delivery can be delayed and should not replace prompt cancellation. If you cannot sign in, email pagepalsupport@gmail.com with your order reference.
Request a refund
Contact pagepalsupport@gmail.com or use the support route in your Dodo receipt. Include the email used at checkout, order/payment reference, purchase date and a short description of the issue. Never send passwords, security codes or full payment-card details.
Cancellation is not an automatic refund. In line with Dodo buyer terms, unused subscription time is generally not refundable. If you were charged twice, access was not delivered, the product has a technical problem, or you believe you have a legal right to a refund, contact support so the purchase can be investigated.
Refund requests are assessed under the applicable purchase terms and consumer law. Any statutory cancellation or refund rights that apply to you take priority. This policy does not promise a separate money-back guarantee or waive mandatory rights.
After a refund request
Dodo Payments processes approved refunds as merchant of record. Approval and processing are separate steps; the receipt or refund confirmation gives the transaction status. Bank and payment-method processing times vary. A pending request does not mean money has already been returned.
A completed refund or payment reversal can remove the paid access associated with that payment. It does not automatically delete your study material. Export work you want to keep; Notebook and AI require an active eligible membership.
