What to include
Tell us what happened, what you expected, and your device/browser. For billing, include your Dodo receipt or order reference and the email used at checkout. For account help, contact us from your verified account email when possible.
Keep passwords, verification codes, full card numbers and private study material out of messages. Crop personal information from screenshots. Support may need to verify account ownership before changing an account or processing a deletion request.
