These terms describe use of PagePal at thepagepal.com and its study tools. Read them before creating an account or using the service. If you do not agree, do not use PagePal. For questions, contact pagepalsupport@gmail.com.
Accounts and eligibility
Use your own account, provide accurate account information, and keep your credentials private. You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age required where you live. If you are below the age of legal adulthood, use PagePal with permission from a parent or guardian who can agree to these terms. PagePal is not intended for children under 13.
You are responsible for activity you authorize on your account. Tell support if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share paid account access, impersonate others, or create accounts to evade security or eligibility limits.
Study tools and your material
You keep ownership of material you add. Only upload material you have permission to use. You allow PagePal and its service providers to process that material as needed to deliver the features you choose, including cloud saves and AI requests you approve. Details are in our privacy notice.
Use PagePal for lawful learning. Do not upload illegal material, infringe intellectual property, harass people, submit sensitive information you are not authorized to share, cheat on restricted assessments, abuse provider services, or interfere with other accounts or the app's security.
AI and generated study material can be wrong. Check answers against your sources and your course requirements. PagePal does not promise grades, academic outcomes, uninterrupted service or professional advice.
Memberships, billing and delivery
Current features and prices are listed on Pricing. Freemium has no Notebook or AI access. Plus adds Notebook and AI; Pro adds access to preview features when available. A preview is not a promise of a release date.
Dodo Payments is the merchant of record for web purchases. Its Dodo buyer terms govern the payment transaction. Paid plans automatically renew at the selected interval until cancelled. Yearly plans are charged in full upfront. The final total and applicable taxes appear at checkout; a monthly equivalent does not change that annual charge.
Digital membership access is delivered to the signed-in account after verified payment confirmation. If access is delayed, use Refresh membership in Settings → Plans & usage, then contact support with your receipt reference. A checkout page or return link alone does not confirm payment.

Saving, closing and changes
Keep backups of work you want to retain. Local browser data can be cleared; cloud saving is optional. You can export work, remove local or cloud copies, and close your account as described in account deletion instructions.
We may restrict access for fraud, abuse or security reasons. Features and these terms may change; the current version and effective date will be published here. Payment price changes and renewal notices follow the applicable checkout terms and law. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights or remedies.
